Lodge Rental Fees

There will be minimal or no fees if:

the event is not a fund raiser (no admission charges, raffles, donations or solicitations) and is only to benefit the community or a community group.

a Lodge member requests the use of Lodge facilities for personal use or similar activity and the event does not generate any revenue.

a Lodge member requests use of the Lodge facilities for which funds are generated, but all profit or monies collected become the property of the Lodge.

Variable fee

A rental fee will be assessed based on the activity and the anticipated or actual revenue, and where those funds go. The rental fee shall not exceed 10% of the generated revenue and shall not exceed $500.
